2. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct
FocusGoal Daily is designed for individual educational productivity. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and refrain from:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary curriculum algorithms or source code.
- Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-exporting proprietary roadmap checklists and lesson content without express written permission.
- Attempting to bypass security barriers, rate limits, or payment verification gateways.
- Sharing or transferring your account credentials to unauthorized parties.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Renewals
FocusGoal Daily offers a Free tier with core roadmaps and an optional FocusGoal Pro subscription ($0.99/month or $5.99/year).
- Billing Platform: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed directly through the Google Play Store under Google’s standard commerce terms.
- Automatic Renewal: FocusGoal Pro automatically renews at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Google Play Subscriptions Manager .
- Post-Cancellation Access: When you cancel, you will maintain full Pro privileges until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. No further renewal charges will be levied.
4. Refund Policy
Because all transactions are processed through Google Play Billing, refunds are governed directly by Google Play refund policies. Except where mandated by applicable local consumer protection legislation, digital purchases and subscription terms are non-refundable by Krbyte. 5. Intellectual Property Rights
FocusGoal Daily, including its original curriculum stage designs, topic roadmaps, visual interfaces, brand assets, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Krbyte or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal learning.
6. Educational & Career Disclaimer
FocusGoal Daily is an educational structured roadmap and habit-tracking tool. While our curricula are modeled after modern industry standards, completion of a roadmap does not guarantee employment, academic credit, certification, or commercial outcomes. We provide information for self-guided study and encourage practical project development alongside each roadmap.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to keep FocusGoal Daily available 24/7/365 with reliable offline capabilities. However, cloud synchronization and AI integration features may occasionally experience scheduled maintenance or network interruptions. We reserve the right to update curriculum content, features, and pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Krbyte and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access FocusGoal Daily.
